Therefore, as a purchaser or potential purchaser, I (we) do hereby agree to save, hold harmless and indemnify Florida Pool Routes,LLC, its owners and employees, against any and all claims, demands, causes of actions, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or related to any purchase or attempted purchase of any account advertised through Florida Pool Routes,LLC.
4.) Owner represents and warrants that Owner is now, and hereby agrees to remain, in full compliance with all local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations regarding the operation and sale of the accounts.
5.) I understand that Florida Pool Routes,LLC receives an advertising fee or a percentage of the Sales Price from the Seller whichever is greater. Should I refuse to comply with the above rules, I do hereby agree to be responsible for all Seller's fees as well as any and all damages suffered by Florida Pool Routes,LLC due to said breach.
6.) I have read, understand and agree to the above terms and agree to be governed by the laws of the State of  ny for resolution of any dispute.
