I (We) understand and acknowledge that all facts, figures and other information
advertised through Florida Pool Routes LLC has been provided to Florida Pool
Routes LLC by the Owner, and that Florida Pool Routes LLC has relied upon the Owner's
representations of such facts, figures and other information when describing,
advertising and promoting the accounts to potential purchasers, without making an
investigation into the accuracy of such representations by Owner. Information is not
warranted by Florida Pool Routes LLC. Therefore, as a purchaser or as a potential
purchaser, I (we) do hereby agree to save, hold harmless and indemnify Florida Pool
Routes LLC, its owners and employees, against any and all claims, demands, causes of
actions, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or
related to any purchase or attempted purchase of any account advertised through
Florida Pool Routes LLC.
