For and in consideration for advertising through Florida Pool Routes LLC a Delaware Company and its website www.floridapoolroutes.com I (We), the owner/Seller(s) do hereby agree to pay Florida Pool Routes, LLC a finders fee. Finders fee and or an advertising fee for any Pool Service Accounts/Routes advertised and sold on and or byFlorida Pool Routes,LLC website: (www.floridapoolroutes.com) and other Marketing and sales venues. Seller(s)advertising on this website agree to abide by Florida Pool Routes,LLC terms and conditions as set forth. Owner sells, leases, trades or otherwise disposes of any of the accounts to anyone referred to Seller or any person or entity that became aware of said accounts through the advertising of Florida Pool Routes LLC within the term of this agreement or within one (1) year of termination of this advertising agreement. Owner represents and warrants that Owner is now, and hereby agrees to remain, in full compliance with all local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations regarding the operation and sale of the accounts. I understand and acknowledge that all facts, figures and other information advertised through Florida Pool Routes LLC has been provided to Florida Pool Routes LLC by me (us)/Owner, and that Florida Pool Routes LLC will rely upon Owner's representations of such facts, figures and other information when describing, advertising and promoting the accounts to potential purchasers, without making an investigation into the accuracy of such representations by Owner. Information is not warranted by Florida Pool Routes LLC. Therefore, as an Owner, I (we) represent and warrant that the facts, figures and information set forth above and presented to Florida Pool Routes LLC are true and accurate. I (we) agree to hold harmless and indemnify Florida Pool Routes LLC, its owners and employees, against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of a breach of this warranty. I (we) have read, understand and agree to the above terms and agree to be governed by the laws of the state of NY for resolution of any dispute. By submitting this registration, I am submitting my electronic signature as a legally binding agreement between myself and/or corporation and Florida Pool Routes LLC.
